JXL to BMP Converter

While JXL (JPEG XL) is a modern, highly efficient image format, converting to BMP (Bitmap) can be necessary for specific, often legacy, applications or workflows:

• Legacy System Compatibility: Some older software, hardware, or specialized systems may only support BMP as an input format.
• Uncompressed Data: BMP files are typically uncompressed, meaning they store pixel data directly. This can be useful for applications that require raw, uncompressed image data without any loss from compression artifacts (beyond what might have been introduced in the original JXL if it was lossy).
