GIF to TGA Converter

• Transparency Support: 32-bit TGA files fully support alpha channel transparency, allowing for complex shapes and overlays without jagged edges.
• Extract Specific Frames: Easily grab a single, high-quality frame from an animated GIF for use as a static image asset.
• Archiving: For preserving image data without loss, TGA can be a suitable format, especially when transparency is needed and PNG is not preferred for some reason.
